Pharmacodynamics.


The drug has diuretic, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic effects.


Clinical characteristics.


Indications.


The drug is used in the complex therapy of inflammatory diseases of the kidneys and urinary tract.


Contraindications.


Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug. Spasmophilia, croup, bronchial asthma, arterial hypertension, myocardial infarction, arrhythmias, insomnia, increased excitability neurocirculatory dystonia, hyperthermic syndrome, epilepsy, acute infectious diseases, fever. Acute kidney disease: acute renal failure and acute glomerulonephritis.


Interactions with other drugs and other types of interactions.


Do not use simultaneously with medications and food that lower the pH of urine. It can potentiate the action of central nervous system stimulants, analeptics and hypoglycemic agents. Weakens the effect of drugs that depress the central nervous system (including barbiturates, tranquilizers, antiepileptic drugs).


Application features.


It should be used cautiously in patients with gastroesophageal reflux (heartburn) and Cholelithiasis. Use in men only after consulting a doctor. In case of urolithiasis, the use of the drug should be agreed with a urologist.


Use during pregnancy or lactation.


The use of the drug during pregnancy or lactation is contraindicated.


Ability to influence the reaction rate when driving vehicles or other mechanisms. Not studied.


Dosage and administration.


Place 2 tablespoons of the drug in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml of hot boiled water, close the lid and insist on a boiling water bath for 30 minutes. Cool at room temperature for 10 minutes, strain, squeeze the rest to the strained broth. Bring the volume of broth with boiled water to 200 ml.


Take warm ⅓ cup 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals for 2 weeks. Shake the broth before use.


Place 2 filter bags in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 100 ml of boiling water, close and leave for 30 minutes. Squeeze out the filter bags. Bring the volume of the water extract with boiled water to 100 ml.


Take warm 100 ml 3 times a day for 20-30 minutes before meals for 2-4 weeks.


Store the prepared water extract in the refrigerator (at a temperature of 2-8 ° C) for no more than 2 days.


Children. Children under 12 years of age are contraindicated in the use of the drug. Children under 18 years of age should use the drug only after consultation and under the supervision of a doctor.


Overdose. With prolonged use of the drug in doses exceeding the recommended ones, it is possible to exacerbate inflammatory phenomena in the urinary system, color of urine in a dark green color; it is possible to increase blood pressure, heart rhythm disorders, pain in the heart, increased excitability, sleep disorders, disorders of the digestive tract, decreased performance. Treatment is symptomatic.


Adverse reactions. Possible allergic reactions (including hyperemia, redness and swelling of the skin, rashes, itching), headache, agitation, sleep disorders, irritability, anxiety, decreased performance, increased blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmias, tachycardia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. If adverse reactions occur, you should stop taking the drug and consult a doctor.


Expiration date. 2 years. Do not use after the expiration date.
