Pharmacokinetics When administered orally, the bioavailability is 77–80%; up to 40% of the drug binds to red blood cells; the rest - 60% do not bind to blood proteins and are in the blood plasma in a free state, in connection with which the drug is widely distributed in the body and penetrates through membranes. Cmax in blood plasma is reached in 30 minutes, a high level of concentration persists for 3-4 hours, then gradually decreases.
