Pharmacological properties


A combined drug, the action of which is due to the components that make up its composition. Mountain dwarf pine oil has an antioxidant effect and has antimicrobial properties. Camphor when applied topically has antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, tightening, analgesic effects. Levomentol has a local anesthetic and anti-inflammatory effect. The drug has a local irritant effect.


Pharmacokinetic studies have not been performed.


Prevention of pressure sores. Bruises, dislocations, sprains of tendons, muscle pain.


Hypersensitivity to active substances or to any of the excipients. Whooping cough, bronchial asthma, pseudocroup and other respiratory diseases associated with hypersensitivity of the airways; skin diseases and childhood diseases with exanthema, open wounds, inflammation or skin infections, eczema; diabetic microangiopathy, peripheral venous or arterial insufficiency; tendency to seizures (febrile or other).

Interactions with other drugs and other types of interactions

Interactions with other drugs have not been studied, but the drug should not be used together with other topical agents.

Application features

The drug should not come into contact with skin wounds, eyes or mucous membranes. Wash your hands thoroughly after each application.

It should be ensured that children do not touch the skin areas on which the drug was applied with their hands.

When applied externally as a compress, do not use airtight dressings. The drug should not be used for wet compresses.

The drug contains camphor. Inhaling essential oils and camphor can cause narrowing of the larynx, which is associated with severe shortness of breath or apnea in infants and children. Therefore, the drug should not be used in children.

Polyethylene glycol (macrogol)-60-glycerylhydroxystearate can cause skin reactions.

This medicine contains flavorings (sage oil, rosemary oil, semitrav oil) with amylcinamyl alcohol, benzyl alcohol, benzyl benzoate, benzylcinamate, benzyl salicylate, citral, citronellol, coumarin, eugenol, farnesol, geraniol, isoevgenol, d-limonene and linalool, which can cause allergic reactions.

This preparation contains 50% (M/M) alcohol (ethanol). This can cause a burning sensation on the damaged skin. In newborns (preterm and full-term newborns), high concentrations of ethanol can cause severe local reactions and systemic toxicity due to significant absorption through immature skin (especially with occlusion).

Use during pregnancy or lactation.

Since there are no data on use during pregnancy or lactation, the drug should not be used during these periods.

Ability to influence the reaction rate when driving vehicles or other mechanisms.  

No studies have been conducted on the ability of the drug to affect the reaction rate when driving vehicles or other mechanisms, but the possibility of developing adverse reactions from the nervous system should be taken into account. 

Dosage and administration

Apply to diseased undamaged areas of the skin in a thin layer 1-3 times a day and massage easily until the liquid dries.

In the case of applying a bandage, the liquid should first dry on the skin for several minutes. The use of an airtight dressing (occlusal dressing) is not recommended.

It is not recommended to use simultaneously with cryotherapy (cold therapy) due to possible additional skin irritation.

It is not recommended to apply the drug on large areas of the skin.

The duration of treatment is set by the doctor individually, depending on the course of the disease and the patient's condition. It usually takes about 7 days.

An indication. In case of acute condition, such as redness, swelling, burning sensation in the joints, constant joint pain, severe back pain radiating to the legs, such as numbness or tingling, or if there is no improvement after 3 days of use, you should consult a doctor.

Children. Do not apply it.


In case of overdose, there may be a strong heat and burning sensation at the application site.

When used on large areas of the skin or on open wounds, significant absorption of the drug is possible, which can lead to seizures, respiratory depression, and hepatotoxic effects. In this case, symptomatic treatment should be carried out. Under no circumstances should you consume milk or alcoholic beverages, as this may contribute to the absorption of essential oils.

Exceeding the dose may lead to skin irritation.

Incorrect usage.

Accidental ingestion of the solution can cause gastrointestinal disorders such as vomiting and diarrhea. Treatment is symptomatic.

After accidentally taking a significant amount of the drug, acute poisoning was observed with symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and headache, dizziness, hot/hot sensation, convulsions, respiratory depression and coma. Patients with severe gastrointestinal or neurological symptoms of poisoning should be monitored and treated symptomatically. Do not induce vomiting.

Side effects

Possible manifestations of hypersensitivity reactions on the skin and mucous membranes, bronchospasms may increase, in rare cases, inhalation of essential oils can lead to coughing attacks, very rarely allergic contact eczema is observed.

From the immune system: side effects such as redness of the skin, itching, burning, skin rashes, also with the appearance of papules and pustules, urticaria, contact dermatitis may occur.

From the respiratory system: side effects such as tickling of the throat, airway obstruction, bronchospasms may occur.

From the nervous system: possible headache; dizziness; agitation; convulsions caused by camphor; increased photosensitivity.

Possible burns at the site of application of the drug.

If redness, burning or irritation of the skin occurs, it is necessary to thoroughly rinse the affected areas with water.

If signs of a hypersensitivity reaction appear, it is necessary to stop treatment and do not use the drug again.
