Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, severe renal failure, chronic glomerulonephritis, chronic heart failure, urolithiasis, sarcoidosis, hypervitaminosis A and E, thrombophlebitis, impaired iron or copper metabolism, thyrotoxicosis, concomitant use of retinoids.

Mode of application

The drug is prescribed for adults and children over 12 years old.

Long-term use in high doses causes irritation of the gastrointestinal mucosa, arrhythmias, paresthesia, hyperuricemia, decreased glucose tolerance, hyperglycemia, impaired renal function, dryness and cracks in the palms and feet, hair loss, seborrheic rash, changes in urine counts, increased calcium in the blood and urine, calcification of soft tissues, kidneys, lungs, blood vessels.
