Biologically active substances of the collection cause irritation of the receptors of the gastric and intestinal mucosa, which causes a regulatory effect on the functions, including motility, of these parts of the gastrointestinal tract; they have a mild laxative, antispasmodic, sedative, anti-inflammatory, choleretic effect.


Clinical characteristics.


Indications. Spasms of the gastrointestinal tract, chronic gastritis and cholecystitis, biliary dyskinesia, constipation-as part of complex therapy.


Contraindications. Hypersensitivity to biologically active substances of the drug. Bronchial asthma, constipation of neurogenic and endocrine origin, spastic constipation, "acute" abdominal syndrome, appendicitis, acute gastroenterocolitis, other inflammatory processes of the abdominal cavity, stomach, intestines; increased acidity of gastric juice, intestinal obstruction; ulcerative colitis; bleeding gastrointestinal, uterine (not related to the menstrual cycle), acute fever conditions, depression and other diseases accompanied by depression of the central nervous system.


Special security measures. Patients with gastro-esophageal reflux may experience increased heartburn. Prolonged use of the drug may lead to a weakening or lack of laxative effect. To prevent addiction, it is advisable to follow the recommended course of treatment.


Interactions with other drugs and other types of interactions. It is possible to reduce the effectiveness of antacids, H2-histamine receptor blockers (Ranitidine, Famotidine).


Application features.


Use during pregnancy or lactation. Contraindicated.

Dosage and administration.


Place 1 tablespoon of the collection in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml of hot boiled water, close the lid and insist on a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, strain, squeeze out the rest to the filtered infusion. Bring the volume of infusion with boiled water to 200 ml. Apply in a warm Form 2 times a day for 15-20 minutes before meals: adults and children over 14 years – ½ cup, children aged


12-14 years – ⅓ cup each. Shake the infusion before use.

The prepared infusion should be stored at a temperature of 8-15 ° C for no more than 2 days.


The course of treatment is 20-25 days. Repeat courses should be conducted after a 10-12-day break.


Children. The drug should be used in children over 12 years of age as prescribed by a doctor.


Overdose. Failure to follow the recommended doses and long-term use (more than 2 months) can lead to colic-like abdominal pain, nausea, tenesmus, discomfort, diarrhea with metabolic disorders, dehydration, decreased function of intestinal enzymes, atony of the large intestine, as well as cause a feeling of depression, increased fatigue, drowsiness, dizziness, headache, bradycardia, pain in the heart, increased blood clotting. Symptomatic therapy (gastric lavage, use of activated charcoal, sodium sulfate).


Adverse reactions. Possible allergic reactions (including urticaria, rashes and swelling of the skin, itching, hyperemia, contact dermatitis).
