Contraindications.


Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug. Calculous cholecystitis, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum in the period of exacerbation, increased acidity of gastric juice, impaired liver and kidney function. Spasmophilia, croup, bronchial asthma. Organic heart damage (myocarditis, pericarditis, myocardial infarction), arterial hypertension; hypokalemia; severe obesity.


Interactions with other drugs and other types of interactions. It is possible to reduce the effectiveness of antacids, H2-receptor blockers (Ranitidine, Famotidine). Concomitant use with cardiac glycosides, antiarrhythmic drugs (quinidine), thiazide and loop diuretics, adrenocorticosteroids, and laxatives may increase hypokalemia.

It is not recommended to use the drug for a long time. Patients with gastro-esophageal reflux (heartburn) should use the drug carefully, as heartburn may increase.
