Pharmacological properties.


Biologically active substances of the drug have a mild laxative effect, the mechanism of which is to increase peristalsis of the colon, without irritating the mucous membrane and without affecting the small intestine. The laxative effect occurs 8-12 hours after ingestion.

Clinical characteristics.

Indications. Intestinal atony, habitual constipation.

Contraindications. Hypersensitivity to biologically active substances of the drug. Constipation of neurogenic and endocrine origin, spastic constipation, intestinal obstruction, bleeding, acute abdominal syndrome, appendicitis, acute gastroenterocolitis, other inflammatory processes in the abdominal cavity, acute febrile conditions.

Bepeka special events. Prolonged use of the drug leads to addiction and weakening or absence of the laxative effect. To prevent addiction, it is advisable to alternate with other laxatives.

Interactions with other drugs and other types of interactions. Unknown.

Application features.

Use during pregnancy or lactation. Contraindicated.

Ability to influence the reaction rate when driving vehicles or other mechanisms. It doesn't affect you.

Dosage and administration. Place 1 tablespoon of bark in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml of hot boiled water, close the lid and insist on a boiling water bath for 30 minutes. Cool at room temperature for 10 minutes, strain, squeeze out the rest to the strained broth. Bring the volume of broth with boiled water to 200 ml. Apply warm to adults ½ Cup at night, children over 12 years of age – ¼ - ⅓ Cup at night. Shake the broth before use.

Place 2 filter bags in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 100 ml of boiling water, close

and insist 15-20 minutes. Apply warm to adults 100 ml at night, children over 12 years of age – ¼ - ⅓ Cup (50-60 ml) at night.

Store the prepared water extract at a temperature of 8-15 ° C for no more than 2 days.

The duration of the course of treatment is determined by the doctor individually.

Children. The use of the drug is recommended for children over 12 years of age.

Overdose. In case of overdose, colic-like abdominal pain, tenesmus, and discomfort are possible. If these symptoms occur, you should stop taking the drug. Treatment is symptomatic.

Adverse reactions. With prolonged use, you may develop: diarrhea with metabolic disorders, dehydration, decreased function of intestinal enzymes, atony of the large intestine, colic-like pain, allergic reactions.

Expiration date. 5 years old.

Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
