Basic physical and chemical properties: the liquid is yellowish-brown in color, with a faint specific smell, bitter in taste. Sediment formation is allowed during storage.

Biologically active substances contained in marigold flowers and flower baskets (flavonoid and carotenoid glycosides, saponins, tannins, essential oil, organic acids) have antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and moderate choleretic effects.


Clinical characteristics.


Indications.


Topically - as an antiseptic for infected (purulent) wounds, cuts, skin burns and inflammation of the mucous membranes of the mouth, gums (stomatitis, gingivitis), pharynx, tonsils (pharyngitis, sore throat); internally-as a choleretic agent for biliary dyskinesia, cholangitis, cholecystitis (as part of complex therapy).


Contraindications.


The drug is contraindicated in case of individual hypersensitivity to biologically active substances contained in medicinal plant raw materials.


Interactions with other drugs and other types of interactions.


The drug enhances the effect of other anti-inflammatory and choleretic agents (in particular, preparations based on chamomile and yarrow).


If you are using any other medications at the same time, you should inform your doctor.


Application features.

Before starting treatment with the drug, you should definitely consult your doctor.


The drug contains ethanol! It is not recommended to use the drug for a long time.


The drug Calendula-Vishfa is a traditional herbal medicine for use in accordance with indications confirmed by long-term use.


Use during pregnancy or lactation.


Since the drug contains ethanol, the tincture is not recommended for oral use in women during pregnancy or lactation.


Ability to influence the reaction rate when driving vehicles or other mechanisms.


When taking tincture inside, you should refrain from driving vehicles and working with other mechanisms.


Dosage and administration.


The drug should be taken orally 15-30 minutes before meals, diluted in a small amount of warm boiled water.


Adults are recommended to apply 10-20 drops of tincture 3-4 times a day for 1 month.


Children over 12 years of age-at the rate of 1 drop of tincture for 1 year of Life 3-4 times a day.


To rinse the mouth, dilute 1 teaspoon of tincture in a glass of warm boiled water.


The method of application for local applications depends on the nature of the skin lesion and is determined by the doctor.


The duration of the course of treatment is determined individually for each patient, taking into account the nature, severity and features of the course of the disease, the stability of the achieved therapeutic effect and the tolerability of the drug.
